Monthly Earner vs Kajabi, Skool, and doing nothing.
Every one of these is a reasonable choice for somebody. The useful question is not which tool wins, it is which problem you are actually solving. Here is the comparison written the way we would explain it on a call, including the cases where we are the wrong answer.

- Skool
- Built around community, with courses attached.
- A stack you assemble
- Best-in-class pieces, wired together by you.

What each one actually costs.

Sometimes you should pick one of the others.
We would rather lose a sale than win one that unravels in month three.
Choose Skool if…
A community is the whole product and you are early. At $9/month it is the cheapest way on earth to open a paid group, and the 10% revenue share only starts to hurt once real money moves. If you are not selling much yet, that trade is in your favour.
Choose Kajabi if…
Courses are the business and everything else is secondary. It has years of course-specific polish behind it, and if your operation is one big flagship program you may never need the rest of what a hub does. It also starts below us on headline price — $179 against our monthly — and the slider below is the honest test: Kajabi stays the cheaper line until your sales pass roughly $5,900 a month, where its 2% catches up.
Choose GoHighLevel if…
You are an agency whose product is marketing automation for local businesses. It is built for that and priced for that. We build and maintain one hub for one service business at a time, which is not the same shape as what you sell.
Stay where you are if…
Your current setup is not costing you anything you can name. If leads are not going quiet, clients are not waiting for access, and nothing is duct-taped together, then switching is expense without return.
The part people miss: a percentage is not a price.
A flat monthly fee stays flat. A revenue share grows with you. Start from the honest part: ours is the highest headline in the list below, and at low volume the others genuinely cost less. What ours covers is hosting, maintenance, and a person who answers — and we never take a percentage of what you sell. Move the slider to see where the lines cross at your own sales volume.

The comparisons, answered plainly.
Is Monthly Earner cheaper than Kajabi?
They are different purchases, and on the monthly line Monthly Earner is now the more expensive one. Kajabi is software you run yourself at $179 per month list price, $249 for the typical plan. Monthly Earner is a build plus a monthly plan: Launch is $3,500 to build then $297 per month, which is more than Kajabi asks, because the fee covers the platform, hosting, maintenance, five business email addresses on your domain, 1 TB of video storage, and a person who keeps it all working. Kajabi also charges an additional percentage when you use your own payment provider, 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth, 0.5% on Pro. Monthly Earner takes no share of your revenue. If you want the CRM with email and SMS automation, Vision answering on your site around the clock, and a community with courses, that is the Grow plan at $597 per month, against roughly $1,020 to $1,150 per month in list prices for the same stack assembled from separate tools.
Monthly Earner vs Skool — which is better?
Skool is cheaper to start and excellent if a community is the entire product; its Hobby plan is $9 per month. It charges 10% of your revenue on that plan and 2.9% on the $99 Pro plan. Monthly Earner charges a flat monthly fee and no revenue share, and covers the whole customer journey rather than the community alone. Below roughly $2,900 of monthly sales, the $9 Hobby plan with its 10% share costs less than the $297 Monthly Earner starts at. Above that, the share overtakes a flat fee.
Does Monthly Earner take a percentage of my sales?
No. Monthly Earner charges a flat monthly plan fee with no revenue share and no additional charge for using your own payment provider. Your card processor, such as Stripe, bills its own processing fees directly, as it would on any platform.
What does Monthly Earner do that a course platform does not?
A course platform sells lessons. Monthly Earner runs the whole customer relationship for a service business on one record: the page that found the lead, Vision answering the after-hours question, the booking that got them in the door, the follow-up that brought them back, and the community or membership that keeps them. The difference is not the feature list, it is that nothing is handed between systems, and somebody maintains it every month.
Can someone build my hub for me?
Every Monthly Earner plan is built for you. Launch is $3,500 to build then $297 per month for a five-page site with lead capture, scheduling, a blog and a Legal Center. Grow is $7,500 then $597 per month and adds a custom site, the CRM with email and SMS automation, Vision answering on your site around the clock, a branded community with courses and memberships, live streaming and webinars, funnels and checkout, and a monthly report. Own is $12,500 then $997 per month and adds a full online store built for you, a native community app, an affiliate program and priority support. Every tier includes five business email addresses on your domain and 1 TB of video storage; a domain itself is bought through us and billed at cost, never bundled. Custom cloud work, a custom mobile app and a custom web application from $15,000 are add-ons. Kajabi, Skool and GoHighLevel are self-serve software; you do the building.
Should I switch from Kajabi or Skool to Monthly Earner?
Only if the gaps between your tools are costing you something you can name — leads that go unfollowed, clients waiting for access, a community that lives somewhere separate from your course. If your current setup is working and nothing is leaking, switching is expense without return, and Monthly Earner will say so.
